Fascia Flow Yoga - After 30 years of teaching yoga and studying and working with fascia in my massage practice I have morphed how I teach yoga into a more gentle approach to promote total body health. Based on scientific research of what 'fascia' likes we are using a few basic principles to guide our movement practice that is gentle in nature and focuses on building awareness of the biggest sensory organ of the body. Some benefits of this approach include:

• Promotes hydration Improve stability
• Breaks up 'sticky' areas from over use and repetitive movement patterns
• Builds overall resiliency, less chance of injury in sports etc.
• Learn how to move in such a way to reduce and avoid inflammation.
• Build elasticity
